On Thursday, October 13th Leadership Kearney co-hosted a Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce's Business After Hours with Element 30. This spooktacular event allowed attendees to hear a short presentation from Leadership Kearney's Board President, Bergan Schumacher, Element 30's Director of Operations, Polly Collins, University Village Representative, Michael Christen, and guided facility tours. Attendees also got to enjoy some Halloween themed food and drinks that were provided by Element 30.
Bergan gave updates on all things happening with in the Leadership Kearney program and how the Board had made changes to the Youth Leadership Kearney program. Polly talked about Element 30's growing plans and more information on the facilities. Michael shared updates on the very busy and growing University Village area. The Element 30 development includes modern apartments and townhomes. They are also designed to have retail spaces available on their development with hopes of having a restaurant and shops become apart of the urban community.
